Welcome to Other Things For Sale (“OTFS”), operated by Nexus Ventures LLC. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. General

We sell electronics and related items directly to consumers and businesses. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

2. Product Condition

All items are sold as described in the product listing.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Items may be used, refurbished, or bulk inventory

• Cosmetic wear may be present

• Batteries and accessories are not guaranteed unless specified

3. All Sales Final

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

We do not accept returns for:

• buyer’s remorse

• incorrect assumptions about condition

• compatibility issues

4. Payment

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

Orders may be canceled if payment is flagged as fraudulent.

5. Shipping

• Orders are typically shipped within 3–4 business days

• Tracking will be provided when available

• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the item is shipped

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

6. Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied where required by law.
Resale or tax-exempt buyers must contact us prior to purchase and provide valid documentation.

7. Bulk / Wholesale Orders

Bulk purchases may be subject to separate terms.
Custom orders and large-volume sales may be non-refundable and final.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• indirect or incidental damages

• loss of data

• compatibility issues

• business losses

All items are sold as-is unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9. Chargebacks & Fraud

Any fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed.
We reserve the right to provide order, shipping, and communication records to payment processors.
