Return Policy

At Other Things For Sale (“OTFS”), operated by Nexus Ventures LLC, we strive to provide accurate descriptions and quality inventory. Please review our return policy carefully before purchasing.

1. All Sales Final

All sales are final unless the item arrives significantly different from its description.

We do not accept returns for:

• buyer’s remorse

• incorrect assumptions about condition

• compatibility issues

• minor cosmetic wear

2. Condition of Items

Many items sold are:

• used

• refurbished

• bulk inventory

Cosmetic wear, minor imperfections, or missing non-essential accessories may be present unless otherwise stated.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• significantly different from the description

• non-functional when described as working

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• photos of the item

• description of the issue

We will review and determine if a replacement, partial refund, or return is appropriate.

4. Bulk Orders

Bulk and lot purchases are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns unless explicitly stated.

5. Refund Process

If a return is approved:

• item must be returned in original condition

• buyer may be responsible for return shipping

• refund will be issued after inspection

6. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with:

• order details

• tracking confirmation

• communication records
